On a cloudy autumn day, there's nothing more enjoyable than finding an uncluttered corner in my home, and enjoying a morning cup of coffee with a plate of homemade walnut chocolate chip cookies, from the previous night's late night baking fest {4 dozen to be exact}! :) What are your simple pleasures this season? Until next time, Happy Friday everyone & enjoy your weekend!!!

Congrats for Debbie Doo's Newbie party. Life is content with this simple pleasures. I also love little treats on my own made ceramic plate and coffee mug. They're rough, just love my handmade. You've a good taste in decoration. Loving it.

I love curling up in my big down chair with a good book ~
Hi Jessie, one of my simple pleasures I'm doing as I type this reply to your post.
I wake up rather early, put the coffee on while it's still dark out, cozy up with my laptop in bed, blanks over my feet, heater on, it's finally got down in temp so I can do that, and sip my coffee as I browse inspiring blogs like yours.
Hope you have a wonderful day, I enjoy your blog a great deal. hugs, tami
I dunno, this one sounds pretty nice! :)

Ooohhh, those cookies look delish, Jessie! :) I wish I baked more often. I do look forward to baking some banana nut bread this Thanksgiving and Christmas season... always a tradition in my home.
Have a great weekend and a happy Halloween!
Hugs,
Jo
Hi Jessie,
Thanks so much for your support on my blog. I really appreciate it!
Your cookies look delicious! I made about 3 dozen sugar cookies the other night and they are already gone! I guess I need to whip up another batch, or maybe I shouldn't, they will probably be gone by tomorrow with my boys!
Hope you have a beautiful weekend.
Sincerely,
Melinda
This looks so wonderful and yummy and relaxing! Walnuts in chocolate chip cookies are the best! It's amazing what a few quiet moments and some favorite eats can do for the soul! Enjoy!
I think you've given me the idea to make a nice sweet treat in my new home!

My those do look good, the perfect wind down to start the weekend. I'd join you, but I'm still trying to find my uncluttered spot!

What would our lives be without the simple pleasures. Mine often revolve around a hug from a grandchild or just sitting with my sweet hubby and watching the world go by. xo
HI Jessie~
Chocolate chip cookies are definitely my favorite! It can turn anything into something good.
Blessings and Happy Pink Saturday!
Thank you ladies for the kind comments about my little "Simple Pleasure" at home! :) I hope you enjoy some of your simple pleasures this weekend too! :)

Those cookies look so yummy! Simple pleasure for me is curling up with a mug of tea and my cats, maybe watching Dancing With the Stars, or a good book, or my laptop. Speaking of cats, thank you for the comment on my Pink Saturday post, but I'm so sorry to hear you're allergic to kitties! I pray I don't ever develop an allergy to them! I guess you'll have to just enjoy them virtually...you can "visit" mine anytime! Thanks also for following me! Hugs, Cindy
