A Touch of Fall

Greetings friends! How are you all this lovely November? I hope you are all enjoying the season no matter where you are.

Over here in Southern California, the weather has been rather warm so it was a little difficult to get into the "Autumn Season" - especially when it's still 100 degrees on some days!

Because my schedule has been rather hectic, I wasn't able to decorate as much as I'd like to, but I did manage to squeeze in a "touch of fall" here and there, and thought I'd share a few images with you all.

Nothing fancy, just a few simple touches on my mantle and living room.

Mercury candlesticks & pillar holders, various antique french mustard jars, a few baby pumpkins, a "Riz" canister, and a vintage french milk pitcher ~ all grace my mantle.

I would have liked to put some blooms in there, but unfortunately time {or lack thereof}, seemed to get the best of me. ;)

And just for fun, I couldn't resist but throw in this vintage inspired autumn sign in my decor too.

Besides, what would fall be without "5 cent hayrides & cider," right? ;)

So there you have it ~ a few shared images of a touch of fall on my mantle.

But I also wanted to share this gorgeous autumn arrangement that was delivered to me on Halloween.

My hubby surprised me with these lovely blooms, and thought I'd also share some photos of them because they were just too pretty not to share. :)

Roses, lilies & hydrangeas...

Well that just about concludes my simple "touch of fall decor" over here at A Cozy Cottage in the City! :) I still have so much to share, so hopefully I can do another post soon!

Thank you by the way, for all of you who continue to visit and leave comments on my little old blog - your friendships are always greatly appreciated!

Until next time, have a glorious and blessed rest of the week!

XO's,
Jessie
