2 more days....

Just two more short days before Christmas! I hope you are all enjoying the beauty of the season!

We just celebrated my hubby's Birthday yesterday...it was a milestone for him as it was his 40th!

Just made him a simple blue gray cake with glitter sprinkles. Orange butter cake with orange mousse filling, and buttercream icing. A bit of an exotic flavor for Christmas, but that's what the kids requested for their dad! :)

Enjoy the rest of your holiday! And thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such kind comments on my last post. I'm so grateful to have lovely readers like you who take the time to leave a thoughtful note.

Merry Christmas & Have a Happy New Year!

Sincerely,
Jessie

Happy birthday to your hubby!

Today is my brother's birthday - he always got extra spoiled b/c we were always so worried he felt shorted being so close to Christmas.

Your cake sounds wonderful and very Christmasey - orange and buttercream is every bit seasonal!

Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Hello Jessie! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your guys. I just read your last post, and am rooting for you! It is hard to take on a big ambition when your children are still growing & you want to be truly 'present' in all that they do. I'm sure you'll be able to finish your goals some day after you've had more time with your boys. Do what feels best for you & your family.

Blessings to you in 2013 dear Jessie!
